Descendants of Thomas JASPER & Jane "Jenny" WILTON


Thomas and Jenny and their family left Cornwall, England . about 1845. The first settled in Glenelg Township, Grey County in Upper Canada but when Thomas passed away in 1850 he had relocated to Brant Township, Bruce County. Their son William Thomas has been credited as one of the first settlers in Walkerton, Bruce County.
Thomas' wife Jenny WILTON was a sister to Betsy WILTON, mother of Simon ORCHARD, one of the first settlers of Paisley, Bruce County.


Hazel JASPER - ESCH 1932-2013 was born on Paisley, Ontario and was a direct descendant of the captioned couple. See her Pedigree Chart
