Descendants of Jan Pietersz NAT and Johanna Adiens EGMOND
This Descendant Jornal actually starts with Jan Hendrikxs NAT (1665-1713) and his wife Neel SIJMONS. They had at least six children in de Beemster. The connection between Jan Hendrikxz and Jan Pietersz has not been well established although DNA evidence supports it.
Jan Pietersz NAT (1756-1821) and Johanna EGMOND (1758-1794) t were married in De Rijp, Noord-Holland, in 1779. They had at least three children, Neeltje and Jan born in De Rijp and circa 1790 the the family relocated to Egmond-Binnen, Noord-Holland, where Pieter, my direct descendant, was born. Johanna passed away in Egmond-Binen in 1794. Jan married Rachel van HAM in September of 1794 and they had two more children.

Cornelis Jan 'Case' VANDERPLAS was born 1943 to Jan 'John' van der PLAS and Christina 'Stien' GUTTER in Schoorl. Noord-Holland, The Netherlands. In 1949 the family emigrated to Canada and Case was raised in Paisley, Ontario, Canada. He is a direct descendant of the captioned couple. See Case's Pedigree Chart. (click on the underlined)
