Cornelis Jan "Cor" van der PLAS

Cor was a contractor and developer building several homes that can still be seen in Bergen N.H. Later in life he assisted his son-in-law Jap VOLKERS in his Taxi business. He and his wife Jansje also owned and operated Pension Roozenoord at Guurtjeslaan 3 in Bergen. After their daughter Miep took over the pension in the early 40's Cor and Jansje retired to the house next door to Roosenoord.

Cornelis married Jansje J. DEKKER, daughter of Jan DEKKER and Maartje BOGTMAN, on March 31, 1911 in Koedijk, , Noord-Holland, Netherlands.²⁵² (Jansje J. DEKKER was born in 1890 in Bergen, , Noord-Holland, Netherlands,²⁵² died in November 1965 in Schoorl, , Noord-Holland, Netherlands and was buried in Bergen, , Noord-Holland, Netherlands.)
