John PUTHERBOUGH & Catherine Van BUSKIRK were married in 1792 in the USA. Their first five children were born in Huntingdon, Pennsylivania. They came to Vaughan Township, York County about 1808. John PUTHERBOUGH's grandson George married Nancy RITCHIE, daughter of William RITCHIE & Jane ELLIOT.
