Descendants of Thomas METCALF & Mary SANDWICH

Thomas and Mary had at least 5 childern, Thomas, the oldest son, married Hanna abt. 1840 in the
East Riding Yorkshire, England without his parent's consent and left England without telling where they went.
Thomas first settled on 50 acres in "Muddy York" which he traded for 150 acres in West Gwillimbury,
Simcoe County, Ontario. In about 1860 they settled in Greenock Township, Bruce County, Ontario.
