James DAVISON was born in County Monaghan, Ireland. He may have married Jane MORAN in Canada since their first six children were born in Uxbridge Township, Ontario County, Upper Canada. In 1854 they moved to the 12th Concession of Sullivan Township, Grey County and relocated in 1876 to Lot 3, Con 20 of Greenock Township, Bruce County, Ontario
